The 1984 survey notes: Died about 1913,Shedd Gen p. 539. This is likely wrong. I believe this person is Dr. Henry Barstow Ketchum, born 7 Jan 1872 in IL. He died 31 Dec. 1929 (although the record indicates that the exact date is an approximation. He practiced in Woodstock, VT but was licensed in NH in 1900 and CO in 1902. He graduated from the University of VT College of Medicine, Burlington, 1899.
